We believe when you rent a suite from Oak Point Developments, we will give you extraordinary customer service for a high-quality rental experience as we strive to treat each tenant like family, and service is what makes us different from the large property management companies out there. OakPoint has been, and continues to be a part of The Crime Free Multi-Housing Program with the Edmonton City Police Service for over 12 years now. This reinforces our commitment to the safety and quality of life we provide our tenants.

What does this program mean to you as a future tenant?

What makes us different?

First, we are focused on making sure that all of our clients get the customer service they deserve from us. Whether it’s answering a simple question, or a maintenance issue - each property has its own site manager tasked with taking care of our tenants and the properties.

Secondly, we are always renovating and improving our properties and the grounds. This keeps them from looking run down or neglected, ensuring a high quality of living for our tenants.

Third, we believe that our maintenance team is the best in the city. If you have an issue, you will receive a response from us with in a few hours of your email and we are fixing it with in 48 hours Monday through Friday!

Fourth, we don’t just accept any application as we want to make sure that we don’t upset our long-term tenants just to fill a vacancy within the building.

Lastly, we are very proud to say that our vacancy rate over the last 6 years has been below 3%. This means we are not losing tenants because they are unhappy with us.
